Are there really no monthly fees?

Really. You pay once for the radios, and service is included for life. No monthly fees, no yearly fees, no contracts and no activation fees.2

How far can these radios communicate?

As far as you need. ZE talks over the LTE cell network, so you can reach someone across the street or across the country, as long as both radios have LTE coverage.1

Do I need to program or set up the radios?

No. Radios bought together arrive paired in your own private group, with service already on. Charge them, turn them on and press the button to talk.

Adding a radio later? Give us your group name when you order and it joins automatically.

How is this different from a cell phone?

It does one job really well. Press one button and everyone in your group hears you, with no dialing, unlocking or apps. There’s no touchscreen, no web browser and no monthly bill, which makes it great for kids and grandparents.

It can’t make regular phone calls, send texts or call 911, so keep a phone handy for emergencies.

What’s included in the box?

Your radios (1, 2, 4 or 6, depending on your pack), each with a SIM card already inside and active, plus a USB‑C charging cable and a quick start guide.

What is your return policy?

Try it for 45 days. If it isn’t right for you, send it back for a full refund, and returns are free. Holiday orders placed Nov 1 – Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31.

Every radio also comes with a 3-year limited hardware warranty.
