ZE Radios products that operate over LTE or other cellular networks require compatible network coverage and functioning service infrastructure. Communication depends on connectivity at each participating device’s location.

References to “nationwide” communication describe use across supported network coverage areas. They do not mean that service is available at every location or under every condition.

Signal strength, buildings, terrain, network congestion, outages, maintenance, device settings, and battery condition may affect performance. Cellular connectivity does not, by itself, provide satellite or off-grid communication.

Emergency Use

Push-to-talk communication is not a substitute for contacting emergency services through a device capable of emergency calling. Do not rely on these radios as your sole means of communication in an emergency or other safety-critical situation.

Any emergency-related feature should be used only as described in the applicable product instructions. A product’s appearance, name, or marketing imagery does not establish public-safety certification or guaranteed emergency availability.

Service Offers and Product Warranties

Any advertised offer concerning included connectivity, service duration, recurring fees, or a product warranty must be read together with the specific terms clearly disclosed before purchase.

Network service coverage and hardware warranty coverage are separate matters. The duration of one does not automatically establish the duration of the other.
